What are the requirements for participating in the accreditation of provincial industrial design centers?
1. Registered within the administrative region of this province and having independent legalqualifications and a sound and standardized financial management system.
2. Comply with national laws and regulations, comply with the province’s industrial policies and economic and social development requirements, conscientiously fulfill social responsibilities, and have obvious scale advantages and competitive advantages in the industry.
3. Have strong innovation capabilities and high investment in R&D and design, have a sound intellectual property application and protection system, and possess a certain number of independent intellectual property rights and independent brands. The annual expenditure on special R&D funds for industrial design shall not be less than 5 million yuan, accounting for no less than 30% of the company's total R&D investment, and accounting for no less than 1% of product sales revenue.
4. Pay attention to industrial design work, and the investment in industrial design is at the leading level in the province's industry, which can create good conditions for the construction and development of corporate industrial design centers.
5. An independent industrial design center has been established for more than two years, with a fixed workplace, good industrial design research and testing conditions and infrastructure, a relatively high degree of application of the "Internet +" model, and the ability to independently undertake industrial design tasks in related fields. , the ability to provide industrial design services and educate and train professionals.
6. The industrial design center has a complete organizational system, sound mechanisms, scientific management, and clear development plans and goals.
7. The Industrial Design Center has design leaders with high design level and rich practical experience, as well as a team of industrial design talents of a certain scale and quality, and has a strong advantage in innovative talents in the industry. There are more than 30 industrial design employees, among whom the proportion of those with a bachelor's degree or above, those with technician (senior technician) professional qualifications and those with senior professional and technical positions is not less than 50%.
8. The industrial design center has strong innovation ability, outstanding performance, and its designed products have achieved significant economic benefits, or have been commended by provincial and above departments.
