According to statistical analysis, among the 132 ceramic companies whose business licenses were revoked, 122 had their business licenses revoked because "the parties failed to open business for more than six months without justifiable reasons after the establishment of the party, or voluntarily stopped business for more than six consecutive months after opening." 10 The company's business license was revoked for "failing to register the change of business location with the registration authority in accordance with the law."

The Foshan Municipal Supervision Bureau punished the above-mentioned ceramic companies by revoking their business licenses and ordered them to apply for deregistration to the original company registration authority in accordance with the law.
In addition, the Qingyuan Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau also issued notices on July 6 and September 28 respectively, saying that Qingyuan Ganglong Ceramics Co., Ltd. was suspected of failing to publish its annual report within the prescribed time limit and voluntarily suspending business after opening. The six-month illegal behavior was verified by the bureau to be true and the business license was revoked.
It is reported that Qingyuan Ganglong Ceramics Co., Ltd. suffered serious losses in 2015 and was unable to pay off its due debts, so it ceased production in September of that year. The company is heavily in debt and is involved in more than 60 lawsuits, including various types of disputes such as construction contracts, sales contracts, customization contracts, loan contracts, etc., with an amount of more than 310 million yuan, and has been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement.

According to the administrative penalty documents publicly released by the State Administration for Market Regulation, a total of 66 ceramic companies in eight provinces (cities) including Jiangxi, Fujian, Hebei, Sichuan, Yunnan, Jiangsu, Shanghai, and Beijing have had their business licenses revoked.

It is reported that the revocation of a business license will bring many restrictions to the enterprise, its legal representative and directly responsible persons.
1. The name of an enterprise whose business license has been revoked shall not be used within three years;
2. Serve as the legal representative of a company or enterprise whose business license has been revoked due to violation of laws, and bear personal responsibility for the enterprise's illegal acts. It has not been more than three years since the company or enterprise's business license was revoked. Not allowed to serve as a director, supervisor or manager of the company;
3. The investors of the revoked enterprise or the shareholders of the limited company shall fulfill their obligations to organize liquidation in accordance with the law. Those who refuse to liquidate shall bear the legal consequences arising therefrom;
4. An enterprise whose business license has been revoked shall return the official business license seal, contract seal, etc. to the original registration authority. If it refuses to return it, it is a violation of registration management regulations and may request the local public security agency to assist in the collection. Anyone who uses a receivable business license to engage in business activities will be punished as operating without a license. If a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law.
Bad information about companies that have had their business licenses revoked or serious violations of laws and regulations and their responsible legal representatives will be locked into the warning information database, and classified supervision and a "blacklist" system will be implemented to expand the scope of disclosure of untrustworthy behavior.
