The new regulations will be officially implemented on July 1, 2023. , provides a basis for the design, construction, inspection and certification of my country's offshore mobile platforms, and plays an important role in regulating and guiding the development of my country's offshore equipment industry and ensuring the safety of offshore mobile platforms.
It is understood that the "Inspection Rules for Offshore Mobile Platforms (2023)" has 6 chapters, which stipulates the inspection type, inspection scope, inspection items, inspection methods, certificate format, Inspection and certification procedures, etc. The "Technical Regulations for Offshore Mobile Platforms (2023)" has 7 chapters, which stipulates offshore mobile drilling/workover platforms, oil storage platforms, residential platforms, lifting platforms, fishery breeding platforms, pipelaying/cable laying platforms, and mining platforms. technical requirements. Compared with the previous 2016 version, this newly revised rule innovatively adds technical inspection specifications for new equipment such as mobile offshore fishery platforms, breeding vessels, residential platforms, and mining platforms, filling the gaps in relevant technical standards in my country and even the world. Be more adaptable to the development of new industries.
