In 2022, Shandong Province's gross marine product value will reach 1,630.29 billion yuan, of which the added value of the main marine industries will be 722.71 billion yuan, ranking first in the country and accounting for 44.3% of the province's gross marine product value. Among the 15 major marine industries, the added value of three industries, namely marine tourism, marine transportation and marine chemical industries, has reached more than 100 billion yuan, which are 185.13 billion yuan, 152.22 billion yuan and 130.46 billion yuan respectively.
The added value of marine fisheries is 93.46 billion yuan, close to 100 billion yuan. The sum of the added value of the four industries accounts for 77.7% of the major marine industries and 34.4% of the gross marine product value, playing an important supporting role in the development of the marine economy.
In 2022, the proportion of primary, secondary and tertiary marine industries will be 5.7: 44.0: 50.3. Marine primary, secondary and tertiary industries all have industries worth over 100 billion or close to 100 billion.
